After years of dealing with the ordinary interior materials , neutral color theory, common skills, Limited branding selections, We now have decised to made our 2011 design themes with more technological innovations, to meet our more environmental friendly design requirements.
The following are Hi-Tech Technologies, that we are studying . We would like to include these in our new projects:

-CONTROLLED MECHANICAL VENTILATION;
-protection against radiation & external shading system;
-Roof/Ground Heat Block system;
-Energy Saving external wall heating system;
-Energy saving Heat Block External Window System;
-Same Floor Drainage system;
-24 hour hot water system;
-sound absorption, shock-proofing system.
This great! Now we can use them for a better life.

I just have to agree that compromising is the key when it comes to designing a home together. Talk to your partner about your top five needs and why they are important to you and listen to theirs. More than likely there will be a design solution that will fit both of your desires.
