It's like the interior from the Aeonflux movie, just made homier and more comfy. When it comes to corporate interior, I guess yuppies would love to work in an environment like that in photo # 9. First it doesn't look like an office and that takes away some of the pressure. And the atmosphere is cool. You can just sit there, have your headphones on and work comfortably. Chillin' while working, sounds sweet, right?

The 6th picture is similar to the exterior of Virginia Tech's Lumenhaus. Have you heard about that? The designs used for the interiors there are really amazing, too. They've managed to make an entire "house" fit in a small space.
