We are the clients for this project and would not advice anyone to use Joyce Baker design. The project has been a nightmare. It is 4 months over time and Joyce has cosistiently faied to provide a properly prepared budget. Workmanship has been most disappointing with almost no interest in quality control. A large proportion of the work has had to be redone at our expense because of basic design errors - all down to Joyce. We have now had to hire a new contractor to correct these faults as Joyce will not reply to any emails or phone calls.
